This stall was designed for a client whose Veneer showroom had been designed by the firm a year earlier. The stall was set-up in the exhibition space for the De’Pulse Event organised by IIID for which Elista was one of the sponsors.

The aim of this stall design was to showcase their best-selling products and also to show the different categories and variety within their product pool. Since the stall was part of a larger exhibition it was essential to create a set-up which felt open and welcoming with with a clear view of the products on display.
The stall was designed with a very clear path of movement and way of viewing the products created by semicircular modules towards the central zone and curving rectangular frames along the outer perimeter. The 6 meters x 12 meters stall had a large gathering space with some highlighter materials on display along the curved periphery of the space mounted on the inside of each module. While the movement isle surrounding it had different types of veneers lined up on both sides, the veneers mounted on the outer surface of the modules created the semicircular effect and also showed the application of a veneer on a curved surface.
The movement isle took a viewer from the starting point right round the display of products back into the central gathering space which was almost like a journey through a space of varying width which finally opens into the open. The spacing between each module was just about enough for someone to view and get a sense of what’s on the other side but also ensured that the space never felt claustrophobic. The entire structure was made from metal and ply and was quick to assemble and dismantl
