A 4-BHK Apartment was designed for a joint family of two brothers with their families and their parents. The House was organised for each couple to occupy one bedroom with the children in the fourth bedroom.
The House was designed keeping in mind the diverse preference of all the residents. The living dining and open kitchen created the core of the house with a spacious feel, while each bedroom was customized to the taste of the user.
The flooring and wall colour throughout the house was a light tone of grey while the core of the house was lined with a beige-toned brick on the walls to create a warmer aesthetic. The custom furniture details and material palette gave a feel of luxury to the house. Storage was an essential part of the design and every space was optimized to maximize the storage available to the users.

Polished Veneer in combination with PU were the preferred finishes throughout the house with the polished Italian flooring complimenting them. The modern aesthetic of the house incorporated the personal needs and also maximised the usable storage spaces in the house which were an essential part of the brief.
