This 4-BHK Apartment was designed with an open layout for large close-knit family with the aim of optimizing space and also giving each space a personal touch with subtle interventions that added value for the users.

The Apartment was designed for a joint family with three generations living together. A middle-aged couple with their parents and two young school-going children with a strong sense of community bond meant that the house needed to factor in the constant influx of guests.
It was planned to allow for large gatherings without feeling cluttered. Provisions were made for ample storage with smart space saving wherever necessary. The furniture was designed to be maneuvered depending on its use and the number of members in the space. The conscious choice of a muted colour pallet was made so that the house didn't look cluttered but always felt bright and spacious.

The monotone house draws its name from the neutral yet constant beige palette across the entire house with subtle splashes of colour, ensuring the house always felt welcoming and warm. The use of stone and Veneer brought a cohesiveness to the spaces with a sense of luxury.
